SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • Domestic shipping is 3 to 7 Business days

  • International 6 to 12 business days depending on location ( currently, we do not offer)

POLICY FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 15 days after purchase (15 days = date package left our facility to date return is received).
  • Orders returned after 15 days will be sent back to the customer.
  • All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders.

  • Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. Not the style you were looking for? No problem! Just send it back to us!

  • We do not refund shipping charges.

  • For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. We are a small hair extension company and do not have large margins that larger companies might factor into their retail pricing. This applies to both our online and in-store purchases.

  • Please note that our online store is separate from our store, therefore online orders cannot be returned for in-store credit and they must be refunded to their original form of payment. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.

  • All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The returned items must follow our return policy guidelines which we have listed on our homepage. All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders.

Clearance Products

All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Purchases

All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders.

Digital Products

All digital products including are non-refundable.

Purchase Verification

Note that purchases over $200 must be verified with proper physical photos of the customer’s ID as well as the card used for purchase before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions.

Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

  • If there is an error with your order, all exchanges must be returned in the original condition.

  • Any issues must be communicated in writing no less than 72 hours of receipt.

*Please note, in the event of a world crisis, pandemic, extreme weather, or some unplanned event the shipping carrier may experience delays. Please plan for this!

We know you are super excited to get your hair and hair care products!

It's important to have a good understanding of how long it will take for your order to ship.

Remember, your order will ship once the last item is ready for shipment. So, if you order an item that's in stock and ships the same day that's great but if you also ordered a sewing-machine wig that takes a week then your entire order will ship in a week.

Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We offer two shipping options:  1 – 3 Business Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping. 

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Insurance:

We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of packaged contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We, unfortunately, do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages, or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website. 

We are not trying to discourage you from ordering certain items but it's important to be able to plan for how long your shipments will take.

Once an item ships it generally will take 5 days to arrive. If something is held up at customs or some world event please understand that it is 1,000% out of our control. 

We send you the tracking number which will allow you to contact the shipper directly which is generally USPS or FedEx.

When specific styles become more popular we can plan to have them in stock and ready to ship like the straight and body wave. 

PRODUCT SHIP TIMES & SHIPPING COMPLETED ORDERS ONLY

Orders are shipped only when the completed is ready. To reduce shipping costs and additional transactions, we do not “split ship” orders.

Local Delivery 

All local Springfield delivery orders will require you to show your ID and sign for your order.

Local Delivery and curbside pickups are same day if ordered before 5 pm. Orders must be within a 25-mile radius of Crown & Tress Beauty Palace's home base. At this time local delivery & curbside pickup is available on orders over $50.00.  For your convenience, we deliver for a flat rate of $7.00 within the 5mi radius of the store's home base.  Our delivery fee increases based on mileage from the home base.  If the delivery is over 5mi and under 25 miles there will be a flat delivery fee of $10.00. Local delivery is also available on orders placed outside of 25 miles and under 60 miles if it is $100.00 or more for a flat delivery fee of $20.00.
