Harris III dreamed of creating the #1 most respected and favored multi-ethnic Beauty Supply destination in the Midwest. Our goal is to create transformational opportunities for our employees and customers through beauty education & high-level customer service. My name is Ashley Harris. I am the co-founder/ CEO of Crown & Tress Beauty Palace. I am a hunter’s wife, mompreneur of 5, and beauty enthusiast currently based in Springfield, Ohio.
I take pride in helping others increase their sense of dignity and self-worth. I enjoy helping my clients discover their beauty from the inside out. I want to see my clients embrace their crown. It is an honor to journey with my clients as they explore ways to enhance their beauty.
Before entering the beauty industry I was a life coach and community advocate. I am wired to empower others by promoting growth, in healthy hair and lifestyle! I also celebrate hair diversity! This is why I take pleasure in providing beauty products, extensions, and hair care tips for all hair types, and textures!

Roxanne Taylor- An instructor who is passionate about healthy hair. She has invested over 40 years in the beauty industry as Stylist and Hair Educator. In her spare time, you can find her baking cakes and loving on all her grandchildren.
